Alternative North-South Road Project Section Kazarman-Jalal Abad (km291-km433) and Section Balykchy-Aral (km183+500-km195+486) in Kyrgyz

The Second South-North Highway Project in Kyrgyz is 433km long. The construction will greatly improve the highway network in Kyrgyz, enhance the transportation capability of exporting Chinese materials to the surrounding countries such as Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan and European regions through the land roads of Kyrgyz, and also will further promote the trade contacts between China and Kyrgyz. The South-North Highway Phase I Project is 154km long, which is started on April 1, 2014 with a contract period of 56 months; the South-North Highway Phase I Project is 96km long and it is expected to start its construction in the end of 2015.
