Originated from the Foreign Aid Office of the Ministry of Transport of China and as a pioneer engineering contracting company in China, CRBC has a history of nearly 60 years since it carried out its first aid task in 1958.

The project located in Victoria Harbor, between the No.7 Harbor and H.K Convention and Exhibition Center. It was started in Aug. 2003, completed in Dec. 2005, included coastal levee caisson, the prefabrication, transportation and installation of pump house constructed by CRBC (H.K). The whole area of the project occupies 18 ha, and the sea embankment is 1.2km in length.
LianTang Boundary Control Point is the sixth land border port between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, being the hub of cross-border freight and passenger transportation.
Founded in September 2002, the New Cement Company of Congo is a joint venture enterprise that the China Road & Bridge Cooperation and Congo (Brazzaville) invested jointly. It is the largest cement production enterprise in Congo-Brazzaville, with an annual cement output of 300,000t.
In 2002, the company won the lump-sum contract for Section B of Shenzhen River Regulation Project (Phase 3) of Shenzhen River Regulation Office of Shenzhen Municipal Government. Shenzhen River Regulation Office is the owner for Shenzhen River Regulation Project entrusted by Shenzhen Municipal Government, and is mainly responsible for daily management.
HY/2009/11 Central – Wan Chai Bypass North Point Reclamation, It was commenced on December 2009 and completed on December 2011.
CRBC was awarded the Contract of Tuen Mun – Chek Lap Kok Link - Northern Connection Toll Plaza and Associated Works on Jul. 2014.
