The project located in Victoria Harbor, between the No.7 Harbor and H.K Convention and Exhibition Center. It was started in Aug. 2003, completed in Dec. 2005, included coastal levee caisson, the prefabrication, transportation and installation of pump house constructed by CRBC (H.K). The whole area of the project occupies 18 ha, and the sea embankment is 1.2km in length.

CRBC was awarded the Contract of Tuen Mun – Chek Lap Kok Link - Northern Connection Toll Plaza and Associated Works on Jul. 2014.
