“CCCC Empowers Technological Dreams” CRBC Study Camp Closes

On July 20, the Closing Ceremony of “CCCC Empowers Technological Dreams” CRBC Study Camp was held in CRBC Building. CRBC Chairman Du Fei attended and addressed the closing ceremony. CRBC Vice President and Chief Engineer Li Gang presided over the closing ceremony. Representatives of teachers and students from Lanping County, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, a region having a tie of paired assistance with CRBC, attended the closing ceremony.

Du Fei fully affirmed the activity and achievements made by CRBC in fixed-point assistance in recent years. He noted that the youth are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Our motto today’s is also the goal we fight for and the reference coordinates on our way to success. We need to benchmark with our motto and make self-reflection regularly, stay true to our original aspiration, and cultivate morality.

Du Fei put forward four suggestions in combination with the cultivation and growth of youth. First, we shall keep exercising to achieve the balance between study and physical health. Second, we shall properly deal with the relation with our family, and foster good virtues of respect to parents and elders. Third, we shall get along well with teachers, show respect to teachers, value education, change our life with knowledge, and create a better future. Fourth, we shall get along well with classmates, help each other, encourage each other and make progress together in study and life.

Du Fei hoped that all students would be elites and ambitious ones in the new era who continuously encourage themselves to hone their wills, challenge themselves and seek vigorous growth, thus empowering the high-quality development of undertakings of the Party and country. CRBC has formed a community with a shared future with aided regions and students there. It is the aspiration of CRBC that more fruits can be produced through close collaboration, and students in Lanping County are welcomed to join CRBC in the future to show their talents and realize their dreams working for  the “Belt and Road” projects.

Li Gang noted that CPC CRBC Committee has attached great importance to the education in Lanping County and paid great attention to the growth and development of students there over the years. CRBC has put over RMB 15 million in place since it undertook the fixed-point paired assistance tasks. Leaders of CRBC have led multiple on-site surveys. The study camp not only gave students a chance for study and practice, but also helped them build dreams and grow, vividly representing the spiritual connotation of “CCCC Empowers Dreams” and showcasing the responsibility and commitment of CCCC as a central enterprise.

At the closing ceremony, CRBC leaders presented certificates of honor for excellent members, and souvenirs for all teachers and students. All participants were aspired, bringing the ceremony to a climax.

As a tutor, I am very glad that students are passionate about the science, technologies and forge ahead for their dreams through this study camp, noted He Fengjuan, a study tutor.

Thanks to the study camp, I spent an unforgettable time with teachers and classmates, gained profound learning sentiment, and further firmed my yearning and pursuit for a better future, noted Na Mazhang, a student representative from Zhongpai Township School.

Zhang Churong, a teacher representative and Vice President of Lanping CCCC New Times Hope School, noted that only hard work brings happiness. After participating in the study camp, students further firmed their belief and said that they will study hard and realize their dreams through hard work.

During the study camp, students visited the Summer Palace, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Juyongguan Great Wall and other historic spots, China Science and Technology Museum, Institute of Atmospheric Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Huairou Science City, National Museum and other science and culture museums, the Bird’s Nest, the Water Cube and other modern stadiums. Moreover, they practiced under the guidance of  the Study Manual and had an immersive  experience of the profound charm of science technology and humanity culture, completing a significant journey of patriotism and education on humanity culture and science technology .

Among other attendees were relevant representatives from CRBC Corporate Administration Office, the Work Department of the CPC CRBC Committee, Office of Trade Union, and person in charge of fixed-point paired assistance.
