CRBC Undertakes 2024 Spring Special Job Fair of CCCC for International Students of Tsinghua University

On May 24, 2024 Spring Special Job Fair of CCCC for International Students of Tsinghua University themed with “CCCC Empowers Global Construction” was successfully held, which was organized by CCCC and undertaken by CRBC.

Before the information session, the Human Resources Department of CRBC and the Career Development Center of Tsinghua University had exchange and discussion on mutual cooperation. CCCC and CRBC have established long-term close partnership with Tsinghua University. Since CRBC and Tsinghua University signed the agreement on mutual cooperation in July 2016, the Parties have organized four batches of teachers and students to CRBC’s key project construction sites for social practice and investigation successively. On behalf of Tsinghua University, Pan Ruihao, Deputy Director of the Career Development Center of Tsinghua University, extended sincere gratitude to CCCC for providing Tsinghua University’s international students with valuable employment and internship opportunities, and also thanked CRBC for its hard work and great efforts in undertaking the job fair.

At the information session, the moderator introduced CCCC from three dimensions of “Capability, Boldness and Promising”, including its history and original aspiration to share the destiny, grow and create the future with China, its vision and industry influence to carry forward the spirit, shoulder responsibilities as a central enterprise and build into an industry leader, and its talent strategy and corporate culture to empower employees’ development, foster multiple platforms and optimize the training mechanism. At the mutual selection section, international students had in-depth communication with recruitment representatives of companies under CCCC to get a clear understanding of the job requirements and development prospects.

CCCC is the first central enterprise that holds special job fair for international students in Tsinghua University. At the job fair, seven companies under CCCC posted the talent demands for about 60 jobs in over 20 countries and regions, which involve such fields as engineering, marketing, investment, law and administration. More than 80 international students attended the job fair on site.

The job fair not only serves as a platform for international students to communicate with enterprises face to face, but also lays a solid foundation for CCCC and CRBC to further enhance their reserve of international young talents, facilitate their localization in host countries, and improve their abilities in international human resources management. With the job fair as a chance, CRBC will keep enhancing partnership with Tsinghua University in various fields, empower the “priority in development and dedication” of its overseas businesses with wisdom and talents, and start a new chapter in its global presence that features solid talent foundation.
