CCCC Vice President Wen Gang and CRBC President Du Fei Visit His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta - President of Kenya

On July 16, CCCC Vice President Wen Gang met with his Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta - President of Kenya in the Office of the President. CRBC President Du Fei, Vice President and General Manager of CRBC Kenya Office Li Qiang, etc. were also present.

CCCC Vice President Wen Gang firstly extended sincere gratitude to President Kenyatta for his long term concerns and great support to Mombasa-Nairobi SGR Project that contributes to the advanced completion and trial operation of the Project. Then, he introduced President Kenyatta the operation conditions of Mombasa-Nairobi SGR since it was opened for traffic on June 1. Both parties had an-in-depth discussion about the way to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the Mombasa-Nairobi SGR, exchanged views about the implementation of Nairobi-Maraba SGR and other projects, and reached extensive consensus.

Then, CCCC Vice President Wen Gang had a meeting with the Director of Kenya Railway Service Bureau and Minister of Interior Ministry about the implementation of any work related to the operation of Mombasa-Nairobi SGR, and had a complete success!
